The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.02.2025, whereby the request for grant of arm licence was cancelled and the order dated 27.06.2025, whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. Both the orders record that there is no threat perception entitling the issuance of an arm licence. 4. Considering the findings of fact have been recorded and the insistence of learned counsel for the petitioner that no counter affidavit be called, no good ground for interference is made out. 5.
