This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 25/04/2024 registered at Case Crime No.0058/2024, Under Section- 147/323/504/506/ 392/447/419/ 420/467/468/471/218 of 1.P.C.. Police Station-Mahrajganj Tarai, District- Balrampur, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to 3 not to arrest the petitioners in Case Crime No.0058/2024, Under Section- 147/323/504/506/392/447/ 419/420/467/468/471/218 of I.P.C., Police Station-Mahrajganj Tarai, District- Balrampur, in the interest of justice.” 3. While going through the instructions produced by the learned AGA dated 23.07.2025 sent by Gorakh Yadav, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Maharajganj Tarai, District Balrampur, we find that certain sections have been altered during the course of investigation and collection of evidence. 4.
