Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for reinstatement/continuation of petitioners on contractual post i.e. OT Technician or an equivalent post in terms of directions issued vide letters dated 27.08.2024 and 01.01.2024. 3. It is submitted that petitioners had been engaged on the aforesaid post on contractual basis during the Covid Pandemic and their services were not extended whereafter the aforesaid orders have been passed by the State Government requiring continuation of such persons in service. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Ambedkar Nagar or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
