Ltd., Gadarpur, Udham Singh Nagar. According to him, he was entitled to certain monetary benefits in terms of Office Memorandum dated 29.12.2016, which were not paid to him; while, other similarly situate employees received all benefits in terms of the said Office Memorandum. 5. It is not in dispute that petitioner applied for VRS and his request was granted and the master-servant relationship has come to an end. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that number of employees whose request for VRS was accepted, were also given benefit in terms of the Office Memorandum, after acceptance of their VRS request. Thus, he submits that the competent authority be directed to take decision on petitioner’s request. 2025:UHC:10876 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation for claiming benefit of Office Memorandum. If he makes such representation within three weeks from today, the respondent no. 1 shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within four months thereafter.
