Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The petitioner has moved a representation seeking restoration of the fair price shop, which was cancelled vide order dated 12th June, 2025 (Annexure No.9). 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that against the said order, an appeal is prescribed. 4. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the cancellation order dated 12th June, 2025. The petitioner would also be entitled to move an application for grant of interim relief along with the said appeal. In case, the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate court shall decide the interim application within a further period of three weeks from the date of filing of it. Till the decision on the interim application, no third party rights shall be created in between the parties.
