Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant in this anticipatory bail application in case crime No.458 of 2024 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Mohanlalganj, district Lucknow, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that shares of Raj Kumar Verma and Smt. Manju Verma in Khasra Nos.1823Ka, 1822, 1855 and khasra No.1821Ka have been fraudulently sold to purchasers Wasi Ahmed, Amrish tiwari and Samarjeet respectively vide sale deeds dated 25.9.2023 and 9.11.2022 by introducing some imposters in place of Raj Kumar Verma and Smt. Manju Verma. 3.It appears that the investigation is going on and in the investigation, it came to light that the accused applicant is one of the purchaser of the land and is the beneficiary. It is alleged in the prosecution case that the applicant is hand in glove with co-accused persons in the entire act of forgery. It cannot be said that it is a case of false implication or the first information report has been registered to injure the reputation of the applicant. 4.From the above, I find that no case for anticipatory bail is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
