The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct to Civil Judge (C.D.), Barabanki to decide the temporary injunction on dated 03.07.2025 in case no. 859/2025, (Shahin Bano vs. Mohsin and another) which is pending before the Civil Judge (C.D.), Barabanki on dated 03.07.2025, expeditious as possible within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court." 3. Considering the fact that the injunction application is pending, the trial court is directed to pass orders in the pending injunction application expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
