However, the said petition is pending since 2022 without any progress and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and considering the fact that the petitioner as well as the respondent had filed a petition for divorce separately and since it is a consent divorce, the trial Court is directed to dispose of HMOP No.1333/2022 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
