Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 18/2025 for the offences registered under Sections 112 (2) 303 (2), 317 (2), 317 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and under Sections 136 of the Indian Electricity Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the Shop of the present petitioner and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner, as such he may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegations made against this petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the learned court below on his surrender shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Electricity Act), Gumla in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 18/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023. 6.
