The application has been filed for disposal of the Complaint Case No. 1227 of 2017 in regard to which an application has been filed by the applicant before the concerned court on 01.10.2024, a copy of which is enclosed as Annexure No. 4. In view of above, without entering into merits of the case, the application is disposed of with direction to concerned court to consider the application filed by the applicant on 01.10.2024 within a period of two weeks and proceed accordingly.
