Ridku Ram, who served as Mechanic in the respondent-Corporation. He retired on 30.11.2008 and died on 02.10.2021. Petitioner’s mother passed away on 29.02.2011. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Sh. Raj Kumar R/o village Gadyara, Tehsil Baijnath, District Kangra, H.P. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 died on 09.07.2015 and thereafter she started living with her father at his native place i.e. village and post office Gandhigram, Tehsil Baijnath, District Kangra, H.P. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to family pension after death of her father. The respondents, though, have processed her case, but it is not being finalized. Learned counsel has drawn the attention to office communication dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) in this regard. 3. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and finalize the case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
