Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow post retiral service dues from their first appointment and pay all services and post retiral service benefits which are payable to the petitioners in the light of judgment/order dated 20.03.2001 and order dated 13.01.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Apex Court and also in the light of judgment/order dated 02.02.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 14906 of 2018, Surya Narayan Pandey Vs. State of U.P. and others." 3. It is submitted that petitioners' case are also covered by judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Surya Narayan Pandey versus State of U.P. and others, Writ-A No. 14906 of 2018 decided vide judgment and order dated 02.02.2024. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner-cum-Registrar, Cooperative, U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority in the light of aforesaid judgment in case the same is applicable. 4.
