By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants have sought quashing of the impugned charge sheet dated 01.08.2017, the summoning order dated 16.04.2025 passed by the Court of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 18, District- Barabanki arising out of Case Crime No.287 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. at Police Station Kotwali @ Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki as well as the entire proceedings of the aforesaid case. 3. After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant has already been granted anticipatory bail and he will move an application for discharge from the trial Court. 4. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of leaving it open to the applicant to raise all the relevant pleas by filing an application for his discharge. . (Subhash Vidyarthi,J.)
