No. 496 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 and 377 I.P.C. Police Station- Gudamba, District- Lucknow. ii) It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the opposite parties Nos. 2 to 4 to immediately take appropriate action against named accused person i.e. opposite parties nos. 5 to 8 in the F.I.R. No. 496 dated 12.12.20224 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 and 377 I.P.C. Police Station- Gudamba, District- Lucknow." 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station- Gudamba, District- Lucknow wherein it has been stated that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet dated 25.2.2025 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. has been submitted to the Supervisory Authority.
