Notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order. 2.The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No.195 of 2021 under section 363 I.P.C., P.S. Boundi, district Bahraich. 3.A perusal of the record shows that offence under section 363 I.P.C. is punishable upto seven years. In the statement of the victim under section 164 CrPC, it is alleged that the accused applicant came to take away the victim. As per school record, the victim was 13 years old. It is not a case of false implication. No case for anticipatory bail is made out. 4.In view of the above, anticipatory bail is rejected. However, it is provided that in case the applicant files a regular bail application within two weeks from today, the same be decided expeditiously, strictly in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021.
