The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "The Applicant/Petitioner named above most respectfully submits as under:- That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashimpugned order dated 02.06.2025 passed by the leaned Sessions Judge, Sultanpur passed in Criminal Revision No. 87 of 2025 "Pooja Yadav Versus Manoj Yadav and others" as contained in Annexure No. 1, in the interest of justice." On account of some formal defects crept in the application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the application as per rules.
