The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "I. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No. 2. & 3, to get the name of the Petitioner, her father's name, her mother's name and her date of birth corrected on her High School mark-sheet and further to reissue the corrected High School mark-sheet and pass certificate to the Petitioner. II. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No. 2 & 3 to decide and resolve the issues raised in the representations given by the petitioner before the concerned authorities." 3. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had immediately applied for rectification of the errors, however, no decision has been taken. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the respondent no.3 to take a decision on the pending application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
