Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions dated 16.07.2025, a copy of which is taken on record, and as per which petitioner's representation is under active consideration. 4. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, the opposite party no.4-District Food and Marketing Officer, Sitapur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's grievance in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5.
