He further prays that the amount of Rs.10 Lakhs deposited by petitioners before the Senior Registrar of this Court may be returned in their favour. 3. In view thereof, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above. 4. The amount of Rs.10 Lakhs deposited by petitioners before the Senior Registrar of this Court be returned in favour of petitioners within three days.
