Ram Manohar & others) for cancellation of sell deed within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to expedite the hearing of the abovesaid suit and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
