The prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondent to consider his application for change of khata. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he had purchased the property on 23.04.2024 under the Registered Sale deed and, hence, he is entitled for the khata to be registered in his name. 3. In my view, since the petitioner is claiming transfer of khata on the basis of a registered document, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
