1. Heard.
2. Learned standing counsel says that the official opposite parties are only acting in furtherance of the status quo
order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Revision No. 1463 of 2022 filed by the private opposite parties challenging the mutation order passed in favour of the petitioner, however, the petitioner's counsel says that this order was passed in 2022 whereas all along the petitioner had been in possession and had sown crops in the land in question, therefore, there is no way that the official opposite parties can interfere in the matter.
3. It would be better if the petitioner moves an application before the Additional Commissioner, Ayodhya Division, Adyodhya who may get the facts verified as to what was the status quo as on 15.11.2022 and based thereon to pass appropriate orders. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same should be considered and decided within a period of two months from the date of filing of such application.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. [Manish Kumar, J.] [Rajan Roy, J.]
