Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWPOA No.7434 of 2019, titled as ‘Ramesh Chand Tangrik vs.

H.P. State Forest Corporation & Ors.’ on 22.07.2024 along with connected matter. He submits that the aforesaid
judgment has been duly implemented. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner shall be content in case the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner in light of aforesaid
judgment.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of without making any comments on the merits of the case of the petitioner. It is directed that respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) in light of judgment passed in Ramesh Chand Tangrik (supra), within a period of eight weeks from today and will decide the same by passing a speaking order. In case, the petitioner is found similarly situated as petitioners in Ramesh Chand Tangrik (supra), he will also be granted the same benefits as granted to petitioners in above referred case. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
