Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari there by quashing the impugned order dated 04.07.2025 and 05.07.2025 passed by opposite party nos.3 and 4 as well as frivolous and malicious complaint dated 23.06.2025 preferred by ruling party MLA contained as Annexure Nos.1, 2 and 3 to the writ petition. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the inquiry officer appointed would be biased, as complaints were made against him. 4. The Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the inquiry officer has been removed. 5. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. 6.
