The submission is now the remaining portion may also be demolished by the opposite parties, hence this petition. Let the petitioner's application for temporary injunction if pending in the aforesaid suit be considered and disposed of at the earliest. In the interregnum ad interim injunction be considered as per law within ten days of submission of certified copy of this order. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
