GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was called to the police station by respondent Nos. 3 to 5 at the behest of respondent Nos. 6 and 7. The 3rd respondent has been repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2. It is submitted that one Shaik Chandini is said to have filed a complaint against the petitioner on 12.03.2025, alleging that the petitioner has taken an 2 amount of Rs. 22 lakhs from her. It is also submitted that further details with regard to the said complaint are known to the petitioner. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police have registered Crime No.57 of 2025 on 12.03.2025, on the file of Narasaraopet Rural Police Station, Palnadu District, for the alleged offences under Sections 118(1), 115(2), and 351(2) r/w 3(5) of the BNS against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the 3rd respondent, during the course of investigation, called the petitioner to the police station and nothing beyond that. 4. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing the 3rd respondent to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 35 (3) of the BNSS, 2023, for the purpose of investigation.
