After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition in case dues as indicated in the order dated 30.05.2023 and certain other dues as would be payable to her in the capacity of the widow of the deceased employee are not paid to her even after obtaining a Succession Certificate. Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
