Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.03.2021 whereby premises in question was released in favour of the landlord as well as the order dated 18.05.2023 whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. Perusal of the two orders reveal that the premises in question was released in favour of the landlord on the basis of bonafide need. Findings of fact were recorded with regard to bonafide need and comparative hardship. 4. No interference is called for. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
