It is made clear that on the next date of listing, the case would not be adjourned on any ground including the ground of illness and an appropriate order would be passed even in absence of learned counsel for the petitioners in the first call including the order of dismissal of the case for want of prosecution." Taking note of the order dated 20.12.2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain the outstation slip. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
