CRL.P. No.4213 of 2025 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.4213 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the state. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.1 in C.C. No.3635 of 2024 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Mobile, Guntur, for the alleged offence under Sections 354-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3. It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioner behaved inappropriately towards the 2nd respondent while she was engaged in work in front of her residence. It is further alleged that the matter was brought before the elders with the intention of amicably resolving the issue. However, the petitioner's parents are purported to have supported his actions instead of condemning them. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a police constable and on the alleged date of incident he was on duty. As such, there could not be any occasion for the petitioner to involve in the offence. It is also submitted that four listed witnesses were examined and two more listed witnesses are remained to be examined in the case. CRL.P. No.4213 of 2025 5. Considering the stage of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the C.C. 6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. 7.
