Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:41728 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - B No. - 678 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mayawati Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Revenue Secy., Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashish Raman Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J. 1. Heard Sri Ashish Raman Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel on behalf of respondent No.s 1 and 2. 2. In view of the proposed order notice to private respondents is dispensed with. 3. By means of the present petition the petitioner has challenged order dated 27.5.2023 passed by Consolidation Officer, Ikauna, District Shravasti in exercise of the powers under Section 109 A(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act. 4. Learned Standing counsel, has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate statutory remedy of filing a revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation and also submits that the impugned order dated 27.5.2023 has rightly been passed. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid facts that he has the statutory remedy of filing revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation. 6. For the aforesaid reasons, this Court does not find it a fit case to be interfered under Article 226 of the Constitution and relegates the same to the statutory remedy. The petition is accordingly dismissed on the said ground. 7. However, it is provided that in case the revision is filed within next two weeks, the same shall be considered and decided with expedition, in accordance with law. (Alok Mathur, J.)
