The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following reliefs:- This writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ commanding upon the Respondent No. 4 the District Fisheries Officer, Kaimur at Bhabhua to charge the renew on pro- rata basis for settlement of 98 fish jalkars which has already been settled by the District Fisheries Officer, the Respondent no. 4 in favour of petitioner no. 2 society from 2023- 2024 to 2026-2027(01.07.2023 to 30.06.2027) by an order vide Letter No. 539 dated 24.05.2023. Patna High Court CWJC No.1940 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the Respondent No. 4, the District Fisheries Officer to adjust/refund the revenue paid by the petitioner society for the settlement year 2024-2025 (01.07.2024 to 30.06.2025) for which period, fishing parwana was issued on 05.12.2024 after about 5 months’ day, either with future installment for the settlement year 2024-2025 or by refunding the amount to the petitioner society. 3. The petitioners may file their representations raising their grievance(s) before the Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Fish Resources Department, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 1). 4.
