This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i). to issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the opposite party No.3 to investigate the matter the impugned FIR dated 06.06.2025 lodged by the petitioner under Section 118 (1), 351 (3) BNS in Case Crime No. 136/2025 Police Station Kamlapur District Sitapur, in fair and proper in partial manner and take appropriate legal action against the privet opposite parties No.4 to 5 in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 22.07.2025 sent by Sub-Inspector/I.O., Police Station Kamlapur, District Sitapur wherein it has been stated that investigation has been completed and charge sheet dated 10.07.2025 bearing No.142 of 2025 has been prepared against Aqeel and Kafia under Sections 110, 351(3) of BNS and has been submitted to the Circle Officer, Sidhauli, Sitapur for onward submission to the court concerned. Instructions are kept on record. 4. The writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
