Case No.360 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 20.11.2021. However, he did not appear before the Court below on 26.12.2021 which led to issuance of NBW against him. Learned counsel for the State disputed the same. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction from his client undertakes that his client would be appearing before the Court below on or before 10.03.2025 and seeks appropriate remedy available to him under law. 5. Taking into consideration the above facts and submission at the Bar, the order dated 26.12.2021 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher in G.R. Case No.1552 of 2019 arising out of Talcher P.S. Case No.360 of 2019 is set aside, subject to the petitioner paying cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited in the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund. 6. The CRLMC is disposed of. (S.S.
