At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents placed on record copy of office communication dated 17.06.2025 along with office order dated 17.06.2025. Based upon aforesaid documents, learned counsel submits that due and admissible dearness allowance has been paid to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest component on account of delayed payment in terms of the aforesaid decision still remains to be paid. Learned 1CWP No.2191 of 2025 decided on 05.03.2025. -2- counsel for the respondents submits that interest component shall also be paid to the petitioner within next six weeks. 3. Taking note of aforesaid documents and submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present proceedings are closed, however, petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, at an appropriate stage.
