The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the notices dated:12.07.2012 vide Annexures-E & E1 and the notice dated:29.06.2020 vide Annexure-E2 and to pay the outstanding bills due in favor of the petitioner. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The contention of the petitioner is that he has defended the authority in several cases. However, the authority has not paid him the professional charges. Hence, he was compelled to issue legal notices vide Annexures-E, E1 and E2. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:401 WP No. 2784 of 2021 The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is mandamus directing the respondent to consider the notices. A Mandamus is ordered. The authority is directed to consider the notices/ representations of the petitioner. A liberty is also accorded to the petitioner to give one more representation if necessary along with supportive documents to address his grievance. The authority shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the law, within eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 5.
