The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 6 and take action based on the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-U dated 16.10.2015. (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.1 to appoint an Administrator to respondent No.7 Club to take over the management - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:4385 WP No. 27042 of 2016 until an inquiry into financial irregularities is conducted by respondent No.2. (c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus direct respondents 1 and 2 to hold an inquiry into the financial irregularities committed by the managing committees of respondent No.7 from 2012-13 till date. 3. Counsel Sri.R.B.Sadasivappa., submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayers (b) and (c). The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner about non-pressing of prayers (b) and (c) is placed on record. 4. As far as prayer (a) is concerned, counsel Sri.R.B.Sadasivappa., submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 5.
