Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petitioner is granted liberty to implead Director, Panchayat Raj as opposite party No.6 during course of day. Learned State Counsel has accepted notices on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party. Petition has been field seeking following relief:- "i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no.3 i.e. District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Barabanki to immediately make payment of the dues salary of 3 months and 16 days as well as arrears of the salary increment from the year 2012 till its actual payment along with interest and other consequential benefit to the petitioner for the post Safai Karmi. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 17th July, 2025, copy of which is taken on record and as per which the issue is pending consideration before the Director, Panchayat Raj. In view thereof, the opposite party No.6 i.e. Director of Panchayat Raj, U.P., Lucknow is directed to decide petitioner's grievance within a period of six weeks from from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid relief, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter.. The petition stands disposed of.
