During the pendency of the said application, Sri P.D.Mahindra, learned 2. counsel representing learned counsel for the appellants submits that decree has been executed. The appellants have paid the amount under the decree which the plaintiff have also withdrawn. He prays that this appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the appellants further submits that memo to that effect has also been filed today itself by the appellants vide U.S.R.No.60447 of 2025. A copy of the same has been placed before us. Let the said memo vide U.S.R.No.60447 of 2025 be placed on record. 3.
