Upon perusal of the material papers filed along with the writ petition, it can be seen that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No. 25725 of 2024. The prayer in the said writ petition reads as follows: “Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2024 and 10.08.2024 with regard to the inspection of Books of accounts and records of the 5th 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.9179 of 2025 respondent and send report based on the communicate letter bearing No. 8/62/2020/CL-II (SR) dated 25.11.2020.” 3.
