Notice sent to the second appellant returned with an endorsement ''Deceased''. Hence, both the appellants are no more and there is no possibility for the appellants' counsel to further proceed with the case. He has also filed a memo to that effect. The said memo is recorded. 2. In view of the above memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated.
