He further submits the other co-accused- Nirmal has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024 and there is no distinction in the allegation qua Nirmal and the present accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner is in [2025:RJ-JP:21178] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-5021/2025] custody since long and the trial/investigation of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused- petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate vehemently opposes the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that the other co-accused- Nirmal has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2024; the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate and trial/investigation of the case may take considerable time, thus, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Ajay S/o Indrajeet in connection with FIR No.349/2024 registered at Police Station Mantown, District Sawai Madhopur shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 7. [2025:RJ-JP:21178] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-5021/2025] 8. If any breach of these conditions is reported or come to the notice of the Court, the same shall alone be a reason for the trial court to cancel the bail granted to him by this Court. 9. Concerned SHO is directed to maintain a register recording the attendance of the accused-petitioner. In case the petitioner fails to mark his presence in the concerned police station, the concerned SHO is directed to immediately report the matter to the concerned Court in this regard.
