This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeks modification of the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 1702 of 2025, wherein the Police Station was inadvertently mentioned as “Police Station-Baradwar, District-Sakti” instead of “Police Station-Raipur Thana Range Cyber Thana Raipur'." 2. Learned State counsel submits that in the order dated 03.03.2025, at paragraph No. 8, the name of Police Station appears to have been in inadvertently wrongly been mentioned as “Police Station-Baradwar District-Sakti (C.G.)” which in fact should have been “Police Station- KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Raipur Thana Range Cyber Thana Raipur (C.G.)”, hence he prays to correct the name of Police Station. 3. The prayer made by the petitioners appears to be reasonable as because of the inadvertent mistake of the concerned Private Secretary, the said error has been made in the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 1702/2025 and in paragraph No. 8, in place of “Police Station-Baradwar District-Sakti (C.G.)”, the same shall be read as “Police Station-Raipur Thana Range Cyber Thana, Raipur (C.G.)”. 4. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands allowed. 5. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
