Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.03 to take the pending K.C.C. loan amount from the petitioner by way of "One Tim Settlement" (O.T.S.) scheme after given him statement c account regarding his loan. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.03, to decide the representation dated 20/05/2025 of petitioner, pending before opposite party No.03, regarding balanced K.C.C. loan amount from the petitioner by way of "One Time Settlement" (O.T.S.) scheme after given him statement of account regarding his loan, as annexed here with Annexure No.02, with this petition. The counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to approach the respondent Bank for one time settlement. The counsel for the respondent Bank, Sri Nitin Srivastava has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, who shall consider the one-time settlement as may be proposed by the petitioner and shall take decision within one week thereafter, if he is entitled.
