The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the action of the respondent bank in the proceedings to recover the amount due against the petitioner. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that the amount shown in the recovery certificate is incorrect. 4. The Counsel for the respondent-Bank has received instructions, wherein it has been stated that the amount shown in the recovery certificate is justified and is as per the ledger balance maintained in the bank. 4. As the disputed questions of fact are involved, the writ petition cannot be entertained. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail such civil remedy as may be available to him. 5.
