The present petition has been filed with the following main relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to hear and decide the claim petition no. 2281 of 2018 (Om Prakash Awasthi Vs. State of U.P.), pending before the U.P State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow, on priority within a maximum period of two months." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing, which shall be considered sympathetically and the Tribunal shall endeavour to decide the same within a period of six months from today, in accordance with law.
