Even though the appellate order has been passed by at Lucknow by the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, but, the fact is that the recovery certificate for recovery of the amount due under the said judgment has been issued by the RERA at Gautam Buddh Nagar and the grievance of the petitioner is that the recovery certificate is not being given effect to by the District Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, therefore, we see no reason to interfere this petition at Lucknow. The petitioner may pursue this matter before this Court at Allahabad. 3. The writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
