Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for payment of gratuity, personal pay-scale of Rs.3700-5000; revised pay-scale of Rs.12000-16500 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- and Third Assured Career Progression after completion of 26 years of satisfactory service in terms of Government Order dated 05.11.2014. 3. For redressal of said grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation dated 01.07.2025 before authority concerned. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioners and without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no.1, i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow or any other competent authority is directed to consider and decide representation dated 01.07.2025 preferred by petitioner expeditiously, within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with copy of said representation is produced before the authority concerned. 6.
