This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 74, 76, 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate – 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has forcibly entered in the house of the informant and outraged the modesty of the victim and also tried to assault her physically. 4. Considering the direct nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application of this petitioner is dismissed.
