The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite party no.2, 3 and 4 to remove illegal encroachment made by private opposite party no.6 and 7 on gram sabha land, Gata No.3797, recorded as "Charagah", situated Village-Bela-Bhela, Pargana, Tehsil and District-Raibareli, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
